The finance guy even kept telling me he will find ways to make my payments the same if I bought the extra warranty by lowering my interest rate by filling the system. When I said no, he says GM will never give me lower than 5.99% interest rate. Such BS! They’ll give this so-called rebate to finance with GM but your interest rate is always 5.99% no matter how great your credit is. They don’t tell you that you can get 0% without the rebate! Guess what? I would’ve preferred a lower APR and more than likely purchase a more expensive truck ?. I prefer to deal with honest ppl who are not pushy. Not happy with the finance guy. Would not recommend them because of him! Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else or pay cash. Shady AF! I’ll definitely tell my friends to NOT go there. Oh and the receptionist who answered the phone is very rude! It’s your job to assist customers! They keep calling and sending me emails because they want me to change my survey. More
