My vehicle started having performance issues with an intermittent 'check engine' light. On inspection at the dealership, it was determined that there was a faulty pump. My visit was on a Friday, and I w intermittent 'check engine' light. On inspection at the dealership, it was determined that there was a faulty pump. My visit was on a Friday, and I was leaving on a business trip the following Monday morning. The service rep was able to find a replacement part and schedule my repair on ealrt Saturday. Everything was corrected before my Monday trip. Awesome service! More

I took my van in for work due to a recall. They were dishonest with me and told me it would take 90 minutes. After 2 hours they informed me it would take 3 hours or more. I had no way to get h They were dishonest with me and told me it would take 90 minutes. After 2 hours they informed me it would take 3 hours or more. I had no way to get home was forced to take a rental. By the time they finished my van was there 7 hours. I had to go back the next day to pick up my van and rearrange my schedule. They have poor communication skills never once explained why it took so long and never once said they were sorry for all the problems they caused me. If they had sent me a survey I would of given them an F. More
