I filled out this survey and Frank did not like it so he called me. Not confidential as stated. He tried to sell me the rear end maintenance and when I asked what would happen if I did not. He replied it called me. Not confidential as stated. He tried to sell me the rear end maintenance and when I asked what would happen if I did not. He replied it would blow up my rear end. However the paper he Gabe me said gor severe use. I don't have severe use or rock climb with my jeep for 800 service. Price gouging in my opinion I paid 78.00 for the fluids and mechanic changed in 20 min. For 60.00 in labor. More
