First off Sahid was great! !! However it ends there. Technicians really struggle to diagnose problems and correctly fix issues. My truck was in and out of service for roughly !! However it ends there. Technicians really struggle to diagnose problems and correctly fix issues. My truck was in and out of service for roughly two years and I just picked it up two days ago with it still having the check engine light on and Chrysler now wants to buy me out of my warranty. Have been a loyal customer and have bought numerous vehicles from this dealership but will no longer be a returning customer. Service really lacks problem solvers and the way business is conducted really falls short. More

I live in Indiana, and was visiting family, when I noticed I possibly had a hose leak. Steve gave me a same day appointment. I had a cracked radiator and a few other things wrong. They ordered me noticed I possibly had a hose leak. Steve gave me a same day appointment. I had a cracked radiator and a few other things wrong. They ordered me a new radiator and kept my car overnight. (Steve knew I was suppose to return home the following day). The following morning the team worked on my repairs asap and Steven promised it would be fixed by 5pm. The team worked fast and efficiently and Steve kept me apprised of the repairs. I called him several times, he treated me with kindness and understanding each time. I really appreciate that Steve knew urgency of the repairs, and got things done! 👍 More
