I had my vehicle in for service at your shop last fall to replace my wheel bearings which come as hub assemblies and also had an oil change. With in 2 weeks of my visit, the service all wheel drive light ca replace my wheel bearings which come as hub assemblies and also had an oil change. With in 2 weeks of my visit, the service all wheel drive light came on, I developed an oil leak, the seat belt wouldn’t retract, and my phone would no longer connect to uconnect. Now…. one of those issues I could consider a coincidence but not all. After I contacted your shop to take a look at these issues I was told that you would not have a loaner available for several weeks. I also spoke to your sales manager about taking a used vehicle as a loaner and after that conversation where I was scolded like a 3 year old about how used vehicles listed for sale are not meant for use as a loaner I will never buy anything from you again. I am very very happy with my new Silverado! More
