James Thomas was our salesman and he went above and beyond to take care of us. The first day we bought the truck, we were at a local restaurant in Antioch and thought something was wrong with it. JT me beyond to take care of us. The first day we bought the truck, we were at a local restaurant in Antioch and thought something was wrong with it. JT met us at the restaurant prepared with a tow truck to make sure we were taken care of. Our initial contact with the dealership was not good but JT stepped up and asked if there was anything he could do to earn our business. The truck is really big as it has a 6 inch lift, we were concerned if it would fit in our garage. JT drove the truck to our house to make sure. We live 71 miles from the dealership and JT made it worth the trip. More
