Service advisor sahid extremely pushy, in explaining affected recalls, and tire rotation wheel lock . treated me with low regard for my concerns whereas I am retired 32 years auto executive, quality con affected recalls, and tire rotation wheel lock . treated me with low regard for my concerns whereas I am retired 32 years auto executive, quality control product engineering manager AND plant staff manufacturing engineering manager with 5 department managers direct report, 1200 skilled trades .... Very pushy very poor Service representative ... AND Service writeup, no explanation of "Sirius XM Wi-Fi free trial activated" and no copy of multipoint inspection attached. Only Thank you, car is outside, goodbye. More

Told them my truck pulls to the left they did an alignment. They still didn’t fix the problem. Mechanic said he found play in the wheel bearings. Service guy told me they’re going to change wheel-be alignment. They still didn’t fix the problem. Mechanic said he found play in the wheel bearings. Service guy told me they’re going to change wheel-bearings driveshaft, and calipers Next day they told me there’s nothing wrong. my truck is still pulling to the left. They did not fix anything nor will they start to fix anything and I have a warranty. Kurt, the manager said he drove my car and it doesn’t pull left or right as soon as my wife pulled it out the lot it pulled to the left so basically telling me I’m wrong there right. In other words who cares what the customer says. More
