Frank in service was great. The diesel tech? Incompetent to say the least. I was left high and dry with a truck that doesn’t start. And after collecting their 4k dollar bill, i The diesel tech? Not to mention, the tech forgot to re install my auxiliary fan, and did not take ownership when question. So now, I’m stuck with a fan that needs to be replaced, and truck that still hard starts/no starts. No better off than i was nearly a month ago, 4k in the hole, and a new CP3 that did not need to be replaced. Really unfortunate for a Dodge dealership! More

I wasn’t happy I had to come back 3 times for the same thing. The second time I asked if this doesn’t work the what? I was told this was the problem and it would be resolved.
