I left vehicle with dealer and they said that they were booked until the follow week, my service rep Steve said he would talk to the manager to see if he could get my car in sooner. The dealer had a coupl booked until the follow week, my service rep Steve said he would talk to the manager to see if he could get my car in sooner. The dealer had a couple of cancellation the next day and they were able to get my car repaired the next day. More

I was very impressed at the customer service I received when I brought my jeep in for a recall service inspection. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would have gone the full 5 stars if they would hav when I brought my jeep in for a recall service inspection. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would have gone the full 5 stars if they would have performed all the services I requested but overall I was very happy and will be returning there in the future! I definitely want to mention the porter that helped me to and from the dealership that day is an absolute gem! 5 stars for that guy for sure! More
