Overall great service, however, recently I encountered a parts issue with a scheduled recall service. I was turned away after arriving at the scheduled time because a part was missing although I confirmed t parts issue with a scheduled recall service. I was turned away after arriving at the scheduled time because a part was missing although I confirmed the part was in stock when I made the appointment. The check-in service associate was far from accommodating and I left annoyed. I returned a couple of hours later to complain to the service manager and Kurt saved the day. He provided a complimentary vehicle, got the part and had the job done that same day! You are fortunate to have him in charge of the Service Department. More
