They ran my credit report without my authorization and later passing the blame between sales manager and finance manager. I went there to pay off the new car with my own finance pre-approved cheque from a national well established credit union which they accepted and sold me the new car. But before that, dealership needed by ssn and I strictly told them specifically I am not looking for fianance and do not want them to run my credit report. They said its for titling purpose and address verification. Later during the closing, the finance manager shows my credit report/score they pulled out against my will and without my authorization. New managment problems Sep-2014 Although I had excellent experience of buying 10 new cars in past 4 years from this Antioch dealer, I will no longer purchase from them nor recommend Although I had excellent experience of buying 10 new cars in past 4 years from this Antioch dealer, I will no longer purchase from them nor recommend them. I struck a deal for my next car (a Hellcat) months before the car were available to order: MSRP and I would be ordering the first car allotted to them. On the first day the car was available to order I was told that management already used up that allotment. But I was welcome to place an order for the next allotment they received. Plus I would not be guaranteed MSRP but would have to agree to paying a market adder. This never happened with the old management that was happy making profit from my 2 or 3 new cars each year. Other than managment, these are a nice group of people to work with that I consider friends. Hope to find the same at my new Dodge/Jeep dealership. 9/17/14. More

They did everything I didn't want them to do They lowballed my trade in by $3200. I was told my car was red and red does not sell... Very comical. They gave me their "bottom line" $500 below invoice price for a car at ANOTHER" dealer. Considering they gave me the other dealers Internet price and the salesman told me they did not contact the other dealer yet nor have they saw the invoice. I told Kevin I was unwilling to take a 7 yr loan. The numbers he brought back was $80 over my max payment and at 7yrs loan so they added another year. For his $80 over my payment request we went 76 mos on a loaded up Summit Grand Cherokee at Kunes not the Antioch Dodge Limited that was built with Overland options they were going to dealer trade for. They made every attempt to keep my equity in their pocket and up sell me more financing. Essentially I was told they aren't dealing on the Grand Cherokees and they wouldn't be able to sell my trade in. Which was very well kept and maintained. In the end it totally worked out for us as consumers. I guess Kevin and his sales manager / co-owner aren't use to dealing with educated buyers. But Im glad we didn't buy that Limited. We LOVE our Summit!! Buyer beware and alert of their nonsense. More

Buyer Beware! Really disappointing. Wish I would have read these reviews prior to agreeing to buy a car from this dealership. Constantly changing the deal in their Really disappointing. Wish I would have read these reviews prior to agreeing to buy a car from this dealership. Constantly changing the deal in their favor after the deal was struck, bad math, always blaming the invisible "boss man" for everything that they failed to come through on, wasting our time trying to convince us to rate them highly with Chrysler despite the poor customer service, etc. The worst dealership I have dealt with in my 30 + years buying cars. Overall experience was good. Sales consultant was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased answering all questions and concerns I had. I visited three other dealerships in search of a jeep and I cho knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased answering all questions and concerns I had. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Smith, he made my shopping experience a real plaesure. While we talked shop he took the time to include my dughter in the experience, he went out of his way in the 4 h shopping experience a real plaesure. While we talked shop he took the time to include my dughter in the experience, he went out of his way in the 4 hours we were there to make sure she was occupied and fed. Whether it was grabbing a soda from the vending machine or a bag of popcorn, it felt like he really catered to us. More
Bait and Switch: Initial internet sale agent Bait and Switch: Initial internet sale agent communication. Sales agent scheduled me for an appointment on a Saturday regarding a specific Jeep Wrang Bait and Switch: Initial internet sale agent communication. Sales agent scheduled me for an appointment on a Saturday regarding a specific Jeep Wrangler Unlimited listed on the Cargurus website. Also received appoint confirmation email from floor sales woman. Arrived at dealership. Another sales agent intercepted me and told me that the floor sales agent I was working with had to leave for the day and the same story for the internet sale agent. Walked into the showroom. Mysteriously a male and female intercepted us and handed some paperwork to the salesman I was with. I told the salesman about the vehicle I was interested in. He told me “it was just sold". A little annoyed, we began looking at other Jeeps on the lot. Every Jeep we looked was quoted at the sticker price. I mentioned the internet price was significantly lower and he told me he would have no wiggle room if he quoted that price. After another hour of trips back and forth to the 'manager's' office, the salesman (wanna be) came back with a vehicle sticker having a similar price as the one I was originally interested. However, he was quoting the sticker price and would not negotiate. This vehicle was bare bones with nothing automatic, i.e., no options. He would not budge. I left the dealership immediately. The following Monday just for a goof, I called the dealership to inquire about the Jeep that the salesman claimed was sold. The salesperson told me that a deposit was put on that vehicle that day, but I still could come for a test drive. During my visit, this Jeep was no where visible after having looked exhaustively throughout the lot! An amazing story but true. STAY AWAY FROM ANTIOCH CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM DEALER. Valuable lesson: Try to negotiate with large dealerships! They have more ‘wiggle room’. I had a 180 degree experience with another more prominent dealer from which I made a purchase. More
