Never called me once to give me updates on my 2012 Dodge Caliber when it was in for service. My service rep was very rude. Kept telling me that I will call you in an hour about an update on the vehicle and 2-3 hours went by. Happened more then just one time I had to call to get updates what happen to customer service? They kept guessing what was wrong with caliber never could give me a straight answer. so I told the to for get it I will take my car back. I talked to the service manager and explained what was going on and he agreed that what I was saying and I told him that you didn't do anything to find the issue. I did all that at home and I found the same things and it was guessing. and I am also a tech I brought it in because it was under the 5 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. I'm not gonna pay some one to just guess. so the service manager went half with me on the fee I paid $65 instead of $130 price. But besides the point, ever since I bought this car it has been an issue and every time I bring my car in to this dodge I always have a problem with them. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone worst experience I ever had to deal with. Now I'm with Ford and I am very happy with them very nice people from the start and got a great vehicle all I got to say is dodge get your act together. You just lost a customer!
