We are very sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience at our dealership. It's truly unfortunate that the computer glitch that caused the problem with your paperwork was not known until after the incentive on that vehicle expired. As you mentioned, we did try to make it right but were unable to match the original incentive under which you had originally purchased the vehicle. The computer glitch has been fixed but that doesn't change the fact that we were unable to provide you with a vehicle at the price you expected.
