I bought new light bulbs for rear lens on my truck but due to labor costs decided to do it myself. Apparently employee unscrewed them anyway but never tightened it again so it was ready to fall out. They wanted me to pay about $7500 in repairs for a car that is worth about $2000. I brought my Toyota RAV4 to Antioch Toyota center last week for oil change with good running condition I brought it home with tow truck 😡 they told me need to replace oil pan because oil drain plug is lo week for oil change with good running condition I brought it home with tow truck 😡 they told me need to replace oil pan because oil drain plug is loss tread need to pay $799.99 omg think they broke it and want me to pay that much so I decided to bring it back home and fix it I bought oil drain plug at amazon for $5 and problem solved never trust Toyota center anymore 🤬 More

They quickly searched for a hard to find part, managed to get it to the dealership in one day and arrange for installation of the part immediately. They truly went above & beyond the call of duty. Their communication skills are excellent providing clear and concise explanations that even a 70 year old with zero mechanical ability could understand. The waiting areas for Service customers is pristine, well appointed and complete with magazines and TVs. Kudos! More
