Experience was okay half & half. Customer service was good. But had my valve gasket fixed, had to wait an extra day cause the mechanic didn't put something on tight enough I guess. Then a month or so dow good. But had my valve gasket fixed, had to wait an extra day cause the mechanic didn't put something on tight enough I guess. Then a month or so down the road the same problem occured. So they really didn't fix anything properly. Then I brought it back & they told me I had to pay to have something else fixed before fixing what they messed up for free. I paid 400 for nothing. A few months ago or so still have the same problem. Was very disappointing to me.. Would have wrote a review sooner but couldnt figure out how. Will not be going back. More
Worst service experience ever In 2018 I traded my Honda CRV which I had no issues with that vehicle. I just wanted something more classy and was recommended to go to Antonino Acu In 2018 I traded my Honda CRV which I had no issues with that vehicle. I just wanted something more classy and was recommended to go to Antonino Acura because their used cars were super good and reliable i traded my Honda CRV for the Acura RDX the next day of me buying the Acura engine light came on so upset and disappointed that I was having issues already of one day of buying this car. I called the dealer right away they said it was probably I dI'd not close the gas cover correctly no that did not fix the problem come to find out it was a sensor. They ended up fixing it. NOW 1 year with the Acura I'm having issues with my transmission. I have an extended warranty and now the service manager is telling me that the warranty does not cover them fixing my vehicle because it's maintenance. So why did I pay for a warranty. The service department wants to charge me almost $500 having warrant. Horrible experience also the service manager when I pick up my vehicle I felt like he was being sarcastic in telling me "Oh by the way we did not charge you for the diagnostic we also washed your car and vacuumed it"!!!! Since day one I had issues with this vehicle I thought I was purchasing a great car from antonino I was so wrong. I should have never traded my Honda I went to cardinal Honda to purchase my Honda great experience had my Honda for over 4 years and never had an issue at all!!!!! I should have read the reviews as I see others have had horrible experience at Antonino Acura!!! I played over 20,000. crooked dealership Bought a 2010 TSX in 2013, paid a little more than we wanted to, but we loved the car and we bought an extended warranty for $1400 to boot. Then the outdoor temperature sensor started acting up and was giving us inaccurate reading. It showed the temperature was 100 to 123 degrees when it was actually 25-27 degrees. This happened 3 times in the summer and winter with various incorrect temperature and the heat didn't work either. Jordan, the service manager said not to run the heat on automatic, but manual and it would work fine. When you buy a car you expect the options to work, after all you paid for them. Every time we brought it back, they supposedly fixed it and it worked fine for a couple of weeks to a month?. The 3rd. time they said that the computer read that there was nothing wrong. This will be the fourth time bringing it back. The part cost $170 and we have a $100 deductible on our warranty. Which means we paid $200 dollars so far for a $170 part that's not fix. I believe there's more to the problem other than the sensor, sounds more like a computer clinch to me, that they're trying to hide. All they say is that their hands are tied and just look at each other and shrugged their shoulders. Very frustrating that you get no respect at Antoninos, after you buy a car there So p[ease stay away. . More

Customer Service or Excellent Customer Service is another important component of car ownership and maintenance. Excellent customer service goes beyond polite staff. At Antonino Acura excellent customer service covers many different areas including safety, security and preventative maintenance as well. Nobody wants to break down in the middle of nowhere so preventative maintenance is very important. Safety is always another concern not only for myself but for my family. Antonino Acura is always on top of any safety or recall notices from Acura and keeps me informed. I have had warranty work performed in the same friendly courteous manner as normal repairs. The service staff at Antonino Acura are always looking out for my welfare and safety which I appreciate. I also appreciate their complimentary wash and vacuum with service. More

I needed my wife's 2007 Buick serviced, Although her car is a Buick, Antonino's service dept. said bring it in and we will take care of it for you.
