I had the worse experience ever with the service department of this dealership. They have no respect for their customers’ time. On the first visit I was promised to wait for half an hour and I end department of this dealership. They have no respect for their customers’ time. On the first visit I was promised to wait for half an hour and I ended up waiting two hours. At the end I was told that the problem was fixed, but when I got to the car the problem was still there. They asked me to schedule another appointment so I can leave the car and get a loaner for the day, since they needed time to fix the problem. On my way to the appointment (I was almost there), I was called and told that there is no loaner available and I was asked to reschedule. I don’t know what these people think, that they can play with the customer’s time like that. This is by far the worse experience ever. I would never go back to this place. More

My 2009 TL needed front and rear brakes after 86,000 miles. The job was done ahead of schedule and under cost. The GM made a very good decision. This was a situation that could have become nasty-there was confusion re warantee coverage.
