Liars, inflated, reckless are a few words to describe my 1st time experience for service for my vehicle. I had an appointment for 830am, took 1.5 hrs to tell me I needed 4 new rotars, 4 new brakes and brak 1st time experience for service for my vehicle. I had an appointment for 830am, took 1.5 hrs to tell me I needed 4 new rotars, 4 new brakes and brake fluid costing a whopping 1515.00. At 1st I was like ok, go ahead since it's the dealership recommending these services and certified technicians providing their professional opinion. A fee minutes later, I decided not to get the work done as I felt that this was outrageously priced for a mild vibration I detected when pressing on the brakes. The service desk worker was able to immediately drop the price 200.00 after I asked for my vehicle to be returned. When I received my car it reeked of gas fumes, so strong that I had to keep the windows cracked overnight to fumigate it as well as spray. I then took my car to a brake service company, who correctly diagnosed the problem, replaced the back rotors and brakes. I asked them 3x if I needed brake fluid replacement and he said NOTHING was wrong with it, nor did I need front brakes or rotors. I'm totally displeased with Antwerpen Jeep and will never bring my vehicle for service. They hold your car for hours, give bogus information to charge for services you may not need at the time. More

Took them over four months to fix my van and still not fixed. Service person (Sean) was rude and lied to me. The van was fixed at both dodge and Chrysler shops and it broke down again yesterday.
