Outrageous Dealer Fees I was interested in purchasing a 2018 Jeep Wrangler that was listed online for approximately 34,500. I emailed the dealership and was placed in contac I was interested in purchasing a 2018 Jeep Wrangler that was listed online for approximately 34,500. I emailed the dealership and was placed in contact with Dennis Dixon. At first Dennis was very willing to answer my questions, but when I began asking for an out the door price, Dennis became less and less responsive. Finally after 3 days of emails back and forth I was provided with an out the door price of over 42,500. When I emailed Dennis back I asked for an item by item breakdown of the fees and charges that were being added to the price of the vehicle. I was told it would be provided to me shortly. At the end of that day, I called and spoke to Dennis, hoping to get some type of explanation of the dealer fees. He stated on the phone that his finace manager was busy at the moment and would call me back that the itemized breakdown in ten minutes. Needless to say, that phone call never came. The following day, I emailed Dennis again, asking for the itemized breakdown of dealer fees, and received a response later that afternoon telling me that they were uncomfortable sharing that information with me , as I would just have another dealer beat their price. I would advoid this dealer at all costs, run away as fast as you can. They are charging extreme amounts of money on top of their advertised vehicle prices. More

Dream Jeep Renegade Phenomenal experience with Robin! I originally went in to just look at what Jeep Renegades were in stock for a future purchase. When my family came in Phenomenal experience with Robin! I originally went in to just look at what Jeep Renegades were in stock for a future purchase. When my family came in, Robin greeted us as if we were family! We instantly felt comfortable in what was a new environment to me, purchasing a vehicle. We Looked around to see what was available. I saw about 2-3 different cars that I was interested in. Robin allowed me to test drive the vehicle that was closer to my budget. After this i was hooked, despite the vehicle I tried had limited features. She then showed me a vehicle closer to what I preferred. She also was able to help me finance along with Maurice, and Brenda so that even though I have a set price that I was looking to pay per month, I was still able to walk away with my dream Jeep Renegade! Robin even took the extra time to give me some advice with buying a new vehicle and financing and even insurance. I definitely look forward to sharing my experience with friends and family about the amazing service Robin gave. More

Jeep Transmission Scam Brought my Jeep Liberty into Antwerpen after experiencing transmission slippage while in drive. Told the service center I wanted to have the transmis Brought my Jeep Liberty into Antwerpen after experiencing transmission slippage while in drive. Told the service center I wanted to have the transmission fluid checked and changed, customer service rep asked if I wanted to have a transmission diagnostic, I responded that the problem wasn’t that bad...to please check the fluid first. He seemed annoyed, but they changed the fluid (or so they said). Still experienced slippage (even as I pulled out of Antwerpen), so on the advice of a friend I went to Caton Auto 3 days later They kept it overnight (I told them I typically experienced the problem when the Jeep was cold), dropped 2 quarts of transmission fluid in the following morning, and I haven’t experienced any slippage since. I will NEVER go back to Antwerpen! I’m fairly certain they knew the transmission fluid level was low and that’s what was causing the problem, but figured if the problem persisted I would come back in and spend more $$. Caton Auto figured out that the fluid was low, added 2 quarts AND flashed the codes, and didn’t charge me a dime. More
