Nathan Taylor exceeds expectations I have to give Natan 5 + stars. He went above and beyond normal customer service by delivering my work bag to my home. I took my car in to have it ser I have to give Natan 5 + stars. He went above and beyond normal customer service by delivering my work bag to my home. I took my car in to have it serviced and the service dept informed me that they would keep it for the weekend which i wasn’t expecting so I left my bag in the car. They called and told me it was in the car, but I didn’t have a way back to the dealership. Nathan called me and told me he would bring it to me after he got off work which is exactly what he did. I had a project I needed to work on so him making sure he brought my was was a hughe ordeal. It was after 9:30 when he finished, he called and told me when he was on the way and delivered my bag out of the way of him going home. He was so kind and nice about it. And that was much appreciated. Great customer service much obliged. More
