Exceptional customer service from the moment I had contact with them. Vernon was our sales person and he was phenomenal!!! Never too pushy. On top of that they put us in a vehicle that was within our budget and we left in a safe sporty vehicle that was reasonably priced with A TON OF AMENITIES! Fraudulent Services Dodge claimed that my 2 year old vehicle needed 600.00 worth of service that was not needed. Then charge me an addition 160.00 for a new key for a veh Dodge claimed that my 2 year old vehicle needed 600.00 worth of service that was not needed. Then charge me an addition 160.00 for a new key for a vehicle I just purchase when I believe that was the REAL reason why the car didn’t start. I didn’t expect so many issues with my 2017 Dodge Journey that I bought brand new. I will never get another Dodge or buy a vehicle from this company again. I’m looking to sell my vehicle already.
