My rating is based on the text I received from the advisor after I responded back to if I was happy with my visit. "Hello we performed diagnoses as requested. i gave you the website in your paperwork if you read it.we could not do an update because of we can only do some and that is in control of Hyundai not Antwerpen or the employee's.And yes you did have an itemized list of what your car needs because we perform a multi point inspection to all vehicles that come in. that is the technicians job.it is your choice how you want to take care of your vehicle. we told you what was needed and that is our service charge because you are at a dealer and at any service shop believe is not free to check.
