Awesome experience! I have purchased plenty cars in the past and my time at the dealership was long and drawn out. I was expecting the same when I went to Antwerpen. When I arrived I was greeted at the door by my salesman Tom Blackmon. We sat down and went over what I was looking for in a vehicle. He showed me different models/colors that were in my budget. We found one that I liked, took it for a test drive and got down to business with the paperwork when we returned. I was in and out in no time. From beginning to end I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was painless and hassle free. Tom was very personable and down to earth and the Finance manager Tom was very nice and professional as well. I would definitely recommend this location to buy your next car. More

Dealership doesn't care This dealership does not care! I purchased a 2015 New Sonata from them a couple weeks ago. When I got there, my salesperson John basically brushed me This dealership does not care! I purchased a 2015 New Sonata from them a couple weeks ago. When I got there, my salesperson John basically brushed me off because he had "another buyer". He gave me the car for the test drive and I had to go alone. When I came back, he didn't take the time to tell me ANYTHING about the car, just rushed me to start settling on a price. After financing was done, I had to point out several parts of the car interior that were still dirty after I told him the first time. Still noticing there are parts of this car that were not cleaned. Lastly, he neglected to help me set up the car. After I signed the paperwork, he was done with me. I had to call the dealership after to get my BlueLink trial, and now realizing I don't have a SiriusXM trial either. If you value service, go to another dealership. More

Started off bad and then got worse Leased my Sonata from Antwerpen Hyundai Clarksville. Window washer was not spraying the windshield. Took Sonata to the dealership closest my home. I was told that an animal had eaten through some wires and it would cost me $250.00 to repair even though the damage was prior to taking my lease. I paid the $250.00 and sent a copy to Antwerpen Hyundai manager and was told I would be reimbursed for the $250. This was January 12, now it is February 22., 2016 and no money has been received. My calls and e-mails to the manager (Neville Dick) have gone unanswered. Ken A. More

Best new car deal experience ever! After studying the Hyundai Elantra GT, and comparing it to the Subaru Impreza 5-door and the Kia Forte5, we were fairly sure we would go with the Hyun After studying the Hyundai Elantra GT, and comparing it to the Subaru Impreza 5-door and the Kia Forte5, we were fairly sure we would go with the Hyundai. Enrique Algarin reached out to us (phone, email and text) and stayed in touch making sure he had the Elantra GT that matched our selections and set up an appointment that met our busy schedule. It was a snowy day but the Elantra GT was sitting out front, warmed up for us to hop in and test drive when we arrived. He then walked us through the car's features, options and the advantages that Hyundai had over the competition. The deal started out very good (President's Day sale incentives) but Enrique stayed with it ensuring that every possible incentive was looked into and applied where possible. We were very pleased with Enrique and his patience with all of our questions and he ensured he had his manager's go-ahead each step of the way so that we knew we were getting a very good deal. Enrique's Manager, the Finance Manager, Service Manager and the Dealership Manager each spent time with us to ensure all details were acceptable and in order and all questions were satisfied.
