Most disrespectful dealership I've ever dealt with Purchasing a vehicle from Antwerpen has been one of the worst experiences. At this point my largest regret is giving them my business and not taking it elsewhere. My family already owns two Hyundai Sonatas purchased at other dealerships. We trust the brand and the model. We were excited to purchase a third. We dragged ourselves out to Clarksville, MD because we were lured by a deceitfully great deal. To our horror, we were sold a vehicle with faulty brakes. Understandably upset, my father called the dealership to see how his concerns could be addressed. Instead of handling this situation with professionalism and empathy, TWO representatives from Antwerpen abruptly hung up on my father. This shows me that Antwerpen does not take pride in the maintenance and quality of its product, is dishonest enough to sell an unsafe car, does not care for the safety of its customers, and does not train its associates to handle matters professionally to provide top-notch customer service. I expect high quality customer service when making a purchase worth tens of thousands of dollars. Antwerpen failed miserably to deliver. Our trust was violated and we were severely disrespected. I would never recommend Antwerpen to any other Hyundai-seeking buyers out there. The brand is great, but this dealership is a nightmare. More
