I had a very frustrating and terrible experience with this dealership. I was in search of a new car and did not had much time since I was in the process of moving. I was looking for a hyundai dealer and this dealership. I was in search of a new car and did not had much time since I was in the process of moving. I was looking for a hyundai dealer and went there after reading some good reviews from this website. At the dealership, I was told to send some of my documents so that they could determine my quote, APR etc. So, I came back and sent the documents, but then did not hear from them for the next 5 days. Eventually, I called them and was told that I need to send the documents again because some figures were not readable on my papers. I was surprised because 5 days had passed and nobody bothered to inform me that I need to send the documents again. Anyways, I did send the documents again and then 3 more days passed but nobody gave me any feedback. So, I called them again and was told that they would have an answer for me if I call their finance department the next day. I was getting frustrated but decided to wait for next day. Next day, I called for that person named Paul in the Finance department and as expected could not reach him. The phone operator asked me if she could take the message. I left the message with her but never received the call back from their finance department or anyone. By now, I was fed up and had already wasted enough time. Luckily, I found another dealer who got me a car in the space of 24 hours. If you are indeed looking for hyundai, I would suggest you to look for other dealers in the area who would have better customer service. You would be wasting your time here, unless you are a very attractive buyer. More
James Harris and JB Burnett were both great and easy to work with. I came in the dealership unsure about what I wanted and James was incredibly patient with me. He was friendly, personable, patient and genuinely interested in finding the right car for me. He really listened to what I wanted, didn’t rush me through the process and followed up on any questions I had. I had a hard time making a decision and both James and JB never lost their patience with me or even seemed annoyed with my indecision. When it was time to work out the pricing and financing JB was honest, upfront and provided us with a great deal. If you’re looking for a Hyundai and want to work with a couple of nice guys providing excellent customer service go to Antwerpen Clarksville and ask for James and JB. Felecia LISTENED to us to find out what features we wanted in a vehicle. We had several phone conversations with her discussing the features and price before we finally met with her to buy the Hyundai wanted in a vehicle. Felecia, and her management, had to get the Tuscon Limited in the color we wanted (Red) and with the features we wanted from another dealer in the area. This was very important to us because another Hyundia dealer only wanted to sell us what was on his lot. After the Tuscon Limited arrived at the Antwerpen Hyundai dealership, Felecia carefully showed my wife all the features on the Tuscon Limited to ensure she knew how to operate everything. Felecia's outgoing personality and friendly disposition made buying the Tuscon an enjoyable experience. More

Felecia was great to work with. Antwerpen was the only maryland dealer open on a Sunday that had the new 2013 Genesis Coupe in stock. I had to run home to pick up my wife, and while I did that they washed the car and filled the gas tank. When I got back to the dealership the car was clean and they let me take a second test drive to make sure my family was comfortable in the car. The paperwork process was painless with JB. I am completely satisfied with my new car and the process to buy it. This was the easiest car purchase I have done, and I have owned about 6 cars. More
