I highly recommend working with Dwayne Smallwood. This was the best car buying experience I have had, and he was the most helpful and pleasant salesperson I have dealt with. I was allowed to take the car out by myself which is a big plus (no awkwardness being inside a small-ish space with a stranger watching how you drive). This makes you feel from the get-go that the dealership "trusts you." He was VERY patient with my numerous questions, even when I asked them more than once. Which model had this feature, how to work the electronics, etc. He was very knowledgeable about all of the cars and could answer all of my questions in a simple way. The navigation system was bewildering to me (although the Nav in the Hyundai is much better than other brands I tried). He was always patient and non-judgemental. He's smart. I actually enjoyed his company which is saying a lot during the car-buying process! I highly recommend working with Dwayne. The dealership as a whole was also pleasant. I was never made to wait and was never ignored. The "guy behind the curtain" - the back/forth with numbers guy - was straightforward, no feeling of bait/switch.
