I most CERTAINLY did TRY sharing that experience with you all, first at Clarksville and then told to go to Route 40 and contact Michael Antwerpen directly. In fact, I not only wrote letters, but I also emailed directly to Michael Antwerpen a couple of times, and, verified his email address that only he would get. But I tried a number of times with JB directly face to face and was getting no where with him, just smugness and arrogance, like a spoiled little brat. Like his way or the highway. But I was IGNORED COMPLETELY, so, this is why I went straight to dealerrater to voice my experience and bought a car elsewhere then. What has happened to you all and the dealership? No longer professional. It's like a bunch of spoiled, partying little kids running it and not knowing what they are doing. And the customer service from JB is really tacky and flip. The attitude is oh well, take it or leave it, there are other customers....so I left. I was told I was a VIP at that dealership for almost 8 years, then treated like gum on a shoe when I wanted to get another car from you all. I went elsewhere and got my new 2012 Azera and telling everyone of my HORRIBLE experience with you all. So, I won't be back there until JB leaves. He is the WORST person to deal with. He needs to mature and be in a position that he can handle better with his little experience, and not in this position he is doing. But your service department is very very good. And I will miss that. Because Steve Hunt, Jimmy, Jen Brown (no longer there) and Mike Milstead took very good care of both me and my XG350-L from 2005-2012 until I traded it. But I've never been so disappointed and humiliated in my life with this treatment and lack of care that I was leaving after almost 8 years and how loyal I was to you all. It was like a slap in the face to me.

It was not a single person who dropped the ball, the whole chain of communication was non existing. First of all, I should had been informed about the need of documents to be resent which was never done. Instead, I kept believing for 5 days that my documents were being processed until I myself called on Friday. If you ask me who was supposed to inform me, probably my sales agent or your finance person. You would know better than me. Then, I send the documents again but did not hear anything until I called again on Monday and left the message for my sales agent. That was the only day after my visit to your dealership, that my call was returned from your place. It was my sales agent and she assured me after talking to you, that I would get an answer if I call again the very next day and ask for the finance person. So, I did call next day and tried to reach your finance person but could not. So I left a message with phone operator and as expected never heard back.
