I travelled 30 miles one way to the Antwerpen Hyundia dealership found the car my wife and I wanted. She test drove it and loved it. The biggest surprise was we settled on a price in less than 15 minutes!!!! The 2010 Santa Fe has so many upgrades than my 2005 its unbelieveable. I would recommend Antwerpen Hyundia in Clarkville to any one who wants to buy a car. Rich Murphy was my salesperson he wasn't pushy but very knowledgable. He answered every question and more. You couldn't find a better person to deal with. Scott Warren the finance manager explained the different warranties available so thoughly that when we left his office you felt you got a good deal and actually knew everything you purchased. These guys are GREAT!! When I asked where there was a Starbucks.....they told me to write down what I wanted....soon enough we were presented with our desired frappaccinos!!! Our experience at the Clarksville Antwerpen Hyundai was wonderful! Plus, they're OPEN ON SUNDAYS! I'm actually disappointed that I bought a car somewhere else a few months ago....I know where I'm going next time, and where I'm sending my friends...Antwerpen Hyundai in Clarksville! I had a great experience at this store. From Russ (my sales guy) and Scott (finance guy) all the way to the top with Travis (sales manager). Not only did all three of them take care of me via my new Tucs sales guy) and Scott (finance guy) all the way to the top with Travis (sales manager). Not only did all three of them take care of me via my new Tucson, they also did a great job of educating me on the process and working with me, not pushing me every step of the way. I must admit I was a little reluctant at first seeing as they all seamed so young. But wow was I impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. The only thing that wasn't done was that when the manager called to let us know the vehicle was in we requested that the vehicle be ready to go when we arrived, and it was not. Therefore, we did have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned. However, it was worth the wait. I am very happy with my new Hyundai Sonata! More

I just had a great car buying experience. It was my first time buying a new car and was worried about the experience. I found their website and they had the exact model of the car I wanted. I was intrigued by their "no haggle price" as listed on their website. I was able to compare that figure against other dealers and they had one of the best deals. I submitted an email inquiring about the car and Nick Iliff responded by email. Nick asked me what my preferred method of communication was and I responded with "email." He respected my request and never called my phone. Nick was courteous and answered all my questions. When I finally showed up for a test drive, Nick was a zero-pressure salesman and let me take the car out by myself (no backseat salesman) and for as long as I needed. When I came back I signed all the paperwork in under 90 minutes. There was some attempt at selling all the extra warranties and options, but that's to be expected. They respected my request for no extras what so ever. The process was very clear, very transparent, and ultimately I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. No haggling and no pressure.
