The staff in the service dept often don't answer the phones. Also, their time estimate for my service (oil change, filter change, tire rotation) was 1-1.5hrs, but it took 2.25hrs even though there weren phones. Great experience yesterday. I received an online price sheet before I went to the dealership so once I walked in and handed them that, they went and retrieved the car, got my tr I received an online price sheet before I went to the dealership so once I walked in and handed them that, they went and retrieved the car, got my trade-in accepted and I was out the door within 2hrs. My issue wasn’t fixed, they kept my car for an entire week and I had to rent one for $375 while I waited. After a week they cleared the code on my check engine light and gave my car back, only for the pr week and I had to rent one for $375 while I waited. After a week they cleared the code on my check engine light and gave my car back, only for the problem to almost immediately return. It wasn’t correctly diagnosed or repaired, and the problem and part that was replaced have no relation- the issue was also not tested for a resolution (it is unable to refuel without backing up because the EVAP system is clogged and is not venting) More
