I have to qualify the four stars; these folks generally get the job done correctly, but the department was overbooked, and an under-two-hour (as stated) job took a little over three. They also missed resetting the 'service in XXX miles' indicator, which now shows that I'm 70 miles overdue. EDIT: Went online to learn to reset it myself, though they still shouldn't have missed that. Interestingly, they want me back in 4,000 miles rather than 7,500. No explanation as to why. The car runs magnificently. Credit to the service rep and mechanics. Caveat emptor. This is a dealership service department. You're rolling the dice first time, every time. Overall, service is most often excellent, but there has been substandard service at times, too. This most recent trip was closer to excellent than not. More
They tried to charge me $180 for an oil and gas additive, that I apparently didn’t need, at my 22,500 mile check. They overcharged my daughter at her visit too.
