The service advisors curse loudly while you are waiting in the waiting area. I asked them not to put the sticker on my windshield because I have tint and they did anyways. Joseph Mcwilliams provided excellent communication and service. He was helpful and attentive. The waiting area was clean and conducive for working while waiting for my car to be serviced. The overall cost of getting an 18k-mile maintenance (i.e. oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment, engine and cabin air filter replacement, etc.) seemed quite high.
