Joseph Mcwilliams provided excellent communication and service. He was helpful and attentive. The waiting area was clean and conducive for working while waiting for my car to be serviced. The overall cost of getting an 18k-mile maintenance (i.e. oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment, engine and cabin air filter replacement, etc.) seemed quite high. Poor customer service and unprofessional. Told on a Friday at 6:30pm my car was ready for pick up. Told them I would be there Saturday morning and they said “ok”. Arrived on Saturday morning Told on a Friday at 6:30pm my car was ready for pick up. Told them I would be there Saturday morning and they said “ok”. Arrived on Saturday morning and they had no paperwork, no idea where my car was, and told me my car keys were locked in foreman’s desk. Told them I needed the car for the weekend and could I take it using my spare key. They said “no” because they did not have the paperwork. I asked for a rental and they said “no” and I had to rent a car on my own dime to get to my commitments that weekend. Picked up car Monday no explanation and no apologies. Will NEVER use Antwerpen Hyundai of Clarksville. Jack would have been appalled. More
