I will say that I did not have a great service with this dealership. I was initially charged for an oil change that is free under my maintenance plan. After telling staff this, I was told that my maintenance policy was outdated. I had to go to the supervisor who then told me the same thing after checking again. I offered to call to verify my maintenance service for them, which was then they decided to take a further look into it to then realize that my coverage was valid. They then took the charge off my bill after I had to question them 3 times. I left feeling like they were trying to take advantage of what they thought I didn't know, which I didn't appreciate. Secondly, part of my service included a software update on my Hyundai Elantra, but as a result, I am no longer able to remote start my vehicle. The alarm goes off anytime I attempt to do so. There's been so much going on with Hyundai lately, not being forthcoming with information they know. It would have been nice to know I would have lost my remote start privileges. Just overall bad service. I am looking into getting a different make vehicle altogether. More

Given today's new auto sales market, we found Antwerpen to be reasonable and willing to work with us. No markups. No loaded addendum stickers to the Monroney. No add-ons other than the extended warranty options presented when meeting with dealer Finance - but buyer's choice. Lots of value for the price. While we have owned Hyundai/Kia products in the past, we were looking for a Toyota this time. Toyota is purposely not shipping enough quantities to the US for inventory recovery as they make better margins per unit by shipping to the rest of the world. We witnessed Toyota dealers adding significant markups ($7K to $20K) to survive. Sad, but it is not the consumer's problem to fix their situation, nor must a consumer wait for a configuration they want to buy at exceedingly high prices. Consumers should avoid giving Toyota and their dealers leverage that motivates unaffordable and unreasonable practices and prices when there are high value alternatives available. Antwerpen's offer could not be refused. Our salesperson, Charles, was knowledgeable and responsive. Most negotiations took place remotely. Once the OTDP was established, we test drove the car and purchased it the same night. Overall, it has been a very refreshing and pleasant experience with no pressure. We would recommend Antwerpen to others. Jack said yes. More
