The buying experience was very smooth and went quickly since I was not financing the vehicle. My only complaint is that Antwerpen Hyundai charges a "market price adjustment" over sticker price, as are since I was not financing the vehicle. Their customer service needs a lot of help. I tried to make a service appointment since May 12th. They never call back. The don't follow up on messages left. They made a lot of promises whe I tried to make a service appointment since May 12th. They never call back. The don't follow up on messages left. They made a lot of promises when they are selling you the car and they don't deliver. I actually left a voice message for their customer service manager, and he never called back. I ended up having to call corporate Genesis to get an oil change appointment. More
