My appointment was at 11:30am I arrived at 10:40 it took 2 1/2 hours for the work to be completed. Service work being performed was a recall for the driver side windshield only. Antwerpen is very professional from the moment you enter the service bay. A customer service representative is waiting for you and takes all your information and verifies it with their iPad to ensure you re the service bay. They are very good at maintaining your vehicle and never try to upsale you on unnecessary repairs. The entire staff will greet you no matter what department they are in. I highly recommend them More
