When purchasing a new Ioniq 5, the salesperson, the sales manager and the finance manager all contributed to a pleasant and accommodating experience. It was easy to schedule the Anti-theft software upgrade and the service was good when I brought the car in. The service dept. said it would take about an hour and a half and it took all of that time.
