Charles and the team sold me a Hyundai Elantra nearly two years ago. I remembered that now I need a larger car to carry growing crop of grandkids (and I've had my car's service appts there). Meets all my needs and more (the panorama sunroof is awesome)! He's also a patient and thorough coach as the customer learns a new vehicle. The service department at Antwerpen is top tier as well. This dealership works as a team, puts customer service atop its priorities, and operates transparently and fairly with customers. That's why I keep going back. Thanks team! More

The paperwork I received for the bill indicated that I requested the rotation of my tires, which I did not. When I questioned how much longer it'd be before my car was completed, it was at that time that requested the rotation of my tires, which I did not. When I questioned how much longer it'd be before my car was completed, it was at that time that I was told me that the service tech had already rotated the tires. I was charged for something I didn’t ask for. Also, I was advised that the wait time would be 1.5 hours, however, I waited over 3 hours for the completion of my car and I only went in for an oil change. More

With a scheduled appointment it took a week to get an estimate. Then they tried to justify an inflated quote by claiming that they would be working on an aluminum part.
