Scheduling an appointment was easy, as was dropping the car off. 3 of 4 items were quickly fixed, but the fourth item was not, allegedly for parts back ordered. Don’t take your car to this Hyundai service department they will lie and overcharge you. This was the place I usually took my car for oil changes etc. My recent visit was the third time getting my car tow they will lie and overcharge you. This was the place I usually took my car for oil changes etc. My recent visit was the third time getting my car towed here for the same issue in the span of three months. The third time it was towed here for the same issue it took a month for the technicians/Hyundai tech line to figure out the actual problem. My service advisor gave me a “FREE” loaner car and told me I wouldn’t have to pay for it then turns around and charges me for it. If you want to be taken advantage of then this is the place to go to get your Hyundai serviced. They just lost three loyal customers. More
