This was my first time going to this location since I purchase my car in 2022. The people was nice but I was not satisfied with the fact there was no loaner cars available especially since I was without purchase my car in 2022. I had to pay for a rental car out of pocket and get reimburse from the warranty which I am still waiting. This was a great inconvenience for me as a business owner. I will not recommend taking your car to this location if they cannot supply customers with an loaner especially if they are keeping your car for more than a day. As far as the service personnel they were nice and tried to assist despite them being in this position not to offer owners an loaner. Would not recommend this location if your car need work lasting more than a day and you need a loaner car to get to work. Overall, service personnel Brandon and service manager George was very helpful. More
