Making an appointment many weeks ahead of time for a recall repair, only for the dealership to tell me that they did not have the necessary part after I arrived at the dealership and were unable to perf recall repair, only for the dealership to tell me that they did not have the necessary part after I arrived at the dealership and were unable to perform the work? Not cool but ultimately not surprising for this place. I don't feel like going over all of the other issues I've had with the service department, but will advise to take your vehicle elsewhere, even if it means driving to another county. More

As soon as I drove into the service drop off area someone was already walking up to greet me as soon as I exited my vehicle. The customer waiting area was very nice with comfortable seats.
