She made sure that my cell was set up in the car with Bluetooth and that I understood the basics capabilities of this very loaded SUV. Kevin was also awesome and super helpful. He worked with me on the total price and even helped me set up the Hyundai app while Anastasia was busy. I was very satisfied with how helpful and respectful they both were. Bait and Switch - tried to charge freight twice Had arranged to buy the car by phone, and had agreed on price. Price was based on, what we now know, as the deceptive price from dealer website, but also had Truecar price of $35,140 for Santa Fe Limited 20.T. Had made appointment, during the Covid-19 period, and drove 20+ miles to dealership. 1) car was not ready for test drive. 2) car was not detailed and ready for sale. 3) dealer presented price and with duplicate freight charge above the MSRP, which already includes destination fee. This represented $1250 high price with extra taxes on top of this. When we called this out, they said the quote online and Truecar were mistakes. they then reduce the price by $600, even though the duplicate freight charge was $1250. Maybe they made a mistake on the initial quote. But they continued to make mistakes, and demonstrated a lack of integrity and lost our trust. I will never buy another car from any Antwerpen dealer. More

As I was paying the service advisor came out saying the technician forgot to put the rear wiper on. 2) Major service visit. Technician noted I had good tread on my tires. In reality the tread markers were visible and I was in the process of buying new tires. When I brought this to the service advisor's attention they offered to pay for one of my new tires. I stated I did not want them to pay for a tire...all I wanted was competent and honest service. 3) Now 2020, I called and left a message with my advisor that I wanted to schedule service. I did not get a call back after waiting 3 days...I called again. This time he said he was driving but would call me as soon as he reached the dealership. Must have been a long commute because after waiting 6 hours I called the service manager and had to leave a message with him. I have never heard from him at all. I called the sales manager yesterday to let him know of these things and I was told he would have the service department call me. Guess what....27 hours later and I have not heard a word. I guess the days of wanting to keep service customers have gone by the wayside. I will never purchase a car or have service done at this dealership. More
Worst Customer Service EVER Worst customer services EVER! I made the MISTAKE of bringing my 2020 Corolla here for repairs. The people in Collision Repair Customer Service are HOR Worst customer services EVER! I made the MISTAKE of bringing my 2020 Corolla here for repairs. The people in Collision Repair Customer Service are HORRIBLE! First, I didn't even buy my car here because I was called a liar by a salesman who I brought a quote from another dealership to. He said it was fake and I was a liar. So I bought my New, 2020 Corolla SE for $22,500 at Passport because THEY ROCK. Collision Repair here at Antwerpen needs SERIOUS HELP. When I dropped my car off I was told 5 days. 7 days later I HAD TO CALL THEM to see why I didn't have my car. I was told 5 more days. 10 days later they call me, finally, and tell me it should be ready in 3 days. 10 days later I am called by Enterprise to tell me my rental needs to be returned the next day. ANTWERPEN NEVER CALLED ME!!! So I call them, AGAIN, and am told by the woman who answered "Oh, I'm sure we called and talked to someone". LIE!! I am the ONLY person with access to my phone. She said they were cleaning the car and it would be ready that afternoon but they never call people and give them notice their car will be ready, they wait until they have the car. So ANTWERPEN'S policy is Don't give the customer notice they need to get their car. Don't let the customer know they should make time to go get their car in 24 hours or so. Just spring it on them and make them rearrange their days. When I got my car IT WAS NOT CLEAN! There was a layer of dust inside, the floors and seats were still dirty. The windows also. So, Collision Customer Service Lies, does not service the customer, and then doesn't take responsibility for their actions. NEVER NEVER NEVER use Antwerpen! Jack may say yes but you need to say NO! Told him our interest that we wanted to purchase model Kona but wanted to test drive the Hyundai Kona ultimate in black. He checked his computer said he has one. Took my DLIC made a copy and asked if I had the coupon for the $50 to test drive- I said no but I can sign up and email it to you to print he agreed. He proceeded to tell me he would be back. 20mins passed when he returned and proceeded to print the coupon - I filled it out with my address he took it gave it to the lady at the counter along with a copy of my DLIC came back to me shuck my hand and said “nice to meet you have a great weekend I don’t have a black Kona to test drive but you can come back anyway next week and we close at 6pm today” I thought i was dreaming for a minute so I asked him why he took my LIC and where is the copy of my DLIC and the paper with my address, let me have it please. I was so 😡 and disappointed I left without saying a word. To top it off someone called me today 7/14 and I asked if I would like to test drive i told him NO not after the horrible service I received from Mr. Sessy, I proceeded to ask him to remove my name from the system and don’t call me back he asked me why I asked if he was the supervisor he said no and sorry. More

After visiting two Hyundai dealerships closer to my home, where the salesmen treated me like I was stupid (i.e. saying they'd lose money on the deal i After visiting two Hyundai dealerships closer to my home, where the salesmen treated me like I was stupid (i.e. saying they'd lose money on the deal if they sold it for less than the MSRP) I ended up going to Antwerpen Clarksville. I worked with Tevin, a salesman, and with Kevin Kim, one of the managers. I'd done my research before visiting: I knew exactly which car I wanted, and which trim package, and at what price. We discussed the price, and since the one I'd come in with was reasonable, with profit factored in, that's where we ended up...within less than thirty minutes, start to finish (this was after a brief attempt to get me to consider a different model, since they didn't have my exact model in stock, but that seems like a reasonable approach: when I said no, and was clear that I only wanted the model I'd identified, Tevin and Kevin both worked really hard to find my car). It took over a month, because they simply weren't available anywhere on the East Coast; we had to wait for one that was in transit. The day it arrived they called me, and they seemed as happy and excited as I was! Because I live at such a distance, they did all the paperwork at the dealership and then brought it to me--a four-hour round trip--along with the car. That's stellar service. This is my third Hyundai, and I'm not only brand-loyal (they've been spectacular SUVs) but now I'm also Antwerpen-loyal. Great job, guys! More
HIDDEN FEES BEWARE Recently visited to purchased a used vehicle at a price point that I saw online and when I got there I test drove the car and loved the vehicle and we Recently visited to purchased a used vehicle at a price point that I saw online and when I got there I test drove the car and loved the vehicle and we came up a financial plan for me to get the vehicle the following day, I come back the next day and all of a sudden the price jumps $3,000 in “fees” that were never disclosed initially and was given no real justification as into what these fees entailed just a bunch of excuses on why the initial posted price was an error. None the less I walked away from which I thought was an original good deal. These people are literally con artist I’ve been purchasing cars for years and never heard of fees such as $995 for MD state inspection and a $1295 “refinishing fee” it was unreal and last time I checked you can’t sell a vehicle without a state inspection and at any reputable mechanic a state inspection is only $79.99 .... I could have spent that valuable time researching another vehicle with a dealership willing to honor there prices !!!!! More
