Buyer Beware You've to be very careful when dealing with this dealer. I bought a Hyundai Tucson Limited from this dealer three months ago. I experienced multiple p You've to be very careful when dealing with this dealer. I bought a Hyundai Tucson Limited from this dealer three months ago. I experienced multiple problems from the Sales to Finance office. The people I dealt with were very dishonest and unethical. Form the start, they told me the price of the vehicle was $21,542 (a ridiculously low price) just to get me in the door. As soon as they realized I liked the car after my test drive, they told me they made a mistake on the price and the price was actually $32,000. I was disappointed with their tactics but I also knew that the market price of the car was around $32,000. I negotiated and agreed to buy the car for $28,000 OTD. The car had 1,200 miles already on it from "test driving", according to them, and that was why they were selling it for less. The lady I dealt with in the Finance office (Luda) was the worst in my experience. She wouldn't even tell me the interest rate I was getting until I asked. Even after I asked, she just mentioned it "It's 5.99%" as if it was just a side note and continued on her other talk. I told her that was not going to happen because both my wife and I have excellent credit scores and we could get a much better rate. If we don't get the lowest rate, I don't know who will. At the end, she pretended to adjust it and said, "I will give you 2.99% but you have to pay an extra $500, which I agreed. She talked my ears off trying to sell me a Service Contract for the new car. I repeatedly told her I was not interested in it. As if she new better for me, she continued to try to convince me. At the end, I agreed to buy it only because I knew I would be able to cancel it as soon as I get home. What I did not know is that this woman was so dishonest and unethical that she never replied to my phone calls and emails requesting cancellation of the service contract. After multiple calls and trips to their office in the past three months, I finally got my refund of $1,239. I wonder how many people they rip of in the finance office and through the Service Contract. Make sure you read the interest rate you are getting. Also, check at edmundsdotcom(change dot to a period) to see if Service Contract is beneficial to you before you buy the service contract, in most cases, it won't benefit you. Just read the study and find it for yourself. Well, I met a couple of nice folks, the one I remember is Robert Wales who seemed to be honest and customer oriented. More
Did not honor True Car price They tried to charge me 2000 over true car. Went to heritage VW in Catonsville and talked to Justin he actually gave me a better deal than true car.
