Shadi welcomed us and made us feel right at home and Jordan was a great and thorough salesperson. He helped make the process fun. The negotiations were pleasant and ultimately effective. Oliver in Finance was great to work with as well - knowledgeable and very nice. Zil Chaudhry, the GM, took time to congratulate us on our new car, even getting my girls sodas. Learning that he is a military hero was a profound bonus. We thank him again for his service. And so far, so good with our new Santa Fe.
