The service itself was good. But there was no communication from the dealership. My warranty fix was supposed to only take one day. Instead it took a week. Everyday I had to track down someone at the dealership and was given a different story and told that someone would call. Then the following afternoon I would again have to call and track down someone who could give me an update on my vehicle. Everytime my vehicle has been there for service I’ve received the same treatment. I can understand that service can sometimes take longer than expected, but there’s no excuse for a lack of communication. This dealership really lacks customer service. More

Everything involving the car was great. Steve greater me nicely and kept me informed, via text, about my car. However, the cashier was terribly rude and didn’t give me the key.
