Poor customer service and unprofessional. Told on a Friday at 6:30pm my car was ready for pick up. Told them I would be there Saturday morning and they said “ok”. Told them I needed the car for the weekend and could I take it using my spare key. They said “no” because they did not have the paperwork. I asked for a rental and they said “no” and I had to rent a car on my own dime to get to my commitments that weekend. Picked up car Monday no explanation and no apologies. Will NEVER use Antwerpen Hyundai of Clarksville. Jack would have been appalled. More

I experienced deep disappointment and frustration with the recent repairs done on my car. The vehicle had previously been in for the same issue in December, and it seems there was either a wrong or incomp the recent repairs done on my car. Consequently, I had to arrange for my car to be towed to the dealership on January 5th, notifying my technician, Joseph, about the situation. However, when I called on Wednesday, Joseph was unaware of my car's location. I had to drive to the dealership with my second key only to find out that my key was on a manager's desk. He assured me that the repairs would be completed by Thursday. Unfortunately, no one reached out, and when I inquired on Friday, the response was vague, suggesting that the completion might be delayed until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Subsequently, I called on Monday only to discover that my car was, in fact, ready. Regrettably, I received no notification about the completion. The promised completion date was repeatedly postponed without proper justification or timely updates. This situation caused considerable inconvenience, as I had to make alternative transportation arrangements and adjust my schedule accordingly. More
