I took my car to this dealership for a recall notice. They seem to have done the recall appropriately but gave me a list of “recommended services” totally $2500 worth of work that included several fraudu They seem to have done the recall appropriately but gave me a list of “recommended services” totally $2500 worth of work that included several fraudulent/misleading claims (stating that certain light bulbs needed to be replaced, the drive belt was frayed, spark plugs needed to be replaced, etc) in addition to one thing that was true (front brakes pads were worn down). I knew that at least some of their info was bogus so I took the car to my own mechanic for them to confirm what needed to be done and what was a lie. I don’t know why dealerships do this; if they had just told me the things that were truly wrong, they may have gotten at least some money from me; instead, I took my business elsewhere and will now discourage anyone I know from going here. Poor business practices. More
