I normally don’t have an issue with this dealership, but my last visit took way too long (about 6 hours) The longest I’ve ever waited for my car to have services done was 2 1/2 hours tops. The service approval procedure (getting services sent to my phone to approve) was not done. So I didn’t know what was getting done on my vehicle. I just paid the bill and left at that point.
