It was a bit of a drive for me but it turned out to be the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Kimberly was my salesperson, and she did a fantastic job. She communicated with me throughout the process, from the time I inquired about the truck until after I had purchased it. She sent me pictures, video, and several emails before I ever met her. Once I got to the dealership, she made me feel welcome and made sure I was comfortable. Mike, her manager, answered questions for me about the truck and was very knowledgeable about the truck. Alex took great care of me in the finance process. He didn't pressure me into buying anything I didn't need and made sure I got the best deal possible with protection plans and finance rate. I had the most amazing experience at Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie. I found my 2025 Nissan Kicks SR online at the Sheehy location in Manassas VA. I placed a finance application online received a call from an awesome salesman Marvin . I explained to him I was approved for this vehicle at a different dealership however they did not have the color I was looking for. I told him I found one at Sheehy in Manassas VA. Let me tell you Marvin went into action he had my deal done in less than 30 mins. The finance manager Andrew called me explained the deal and who was financing me, then emailed me the documents to sign. Two days later Marvin arrived at my home with my new 2025 Nissan Kicks SR. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY FORGED MY SIGNATURE, LIED TO ME, DISMISSED MY CONCERNS, AND THREATENED ME WITH CREDIT DAMAGE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STAR I DEFINITELY WOULD!!! I purchased a vehicle from Antwerpen and was given a contract that outlined a monthly payment of $X and a specific interest rate. Everything was signed electronically, and I was provided a copy of the contract on a USB drive. Several weeks later, I received a letter from the bank stating that my monthly payment would be $XX—a higher amount than what I had agreed to—and that the interest rate had also changed. I immediately returned to the dealership and spoke with Shuvo, the finance manager who originally handled my deal (he has since left the company). He insisted that I had signed for $XX, but when I mentioned I would verify the contract saved on the USB, he didn’t appear concerned. Therefore, I gave him the benefit of the doubt because they (him and the salesman) had previously “helped” me get out of a bad deal from their Owings Mills location, which had sold me a defective vehicle (the car had engine problems and completely stopped on the road when I was driving) and has since closed. I had specifically requested that the terms of the previous deal carry over—but clearly, that did not happen. Feeling uneasy the day before my payment deadline, I finally opened the PDF file from the USB—and I was right. The contract I signed stated $X, not $XX. I contacted the dealership again and spoke with their new finance manager, Logan, who acknowledged there was a discrepancy but repeatedly called me “sweetie” and dismissed my concerns. She insisted that the dealership’s version of the contract reflected $XX and showed no interest in reviewing the copy they had provided me. When I explained that the USB file shows different terms, she brushed it off and informed me that returning the vehicle based on “my version” would be treated as a repossession and negatively impact my credit. I then escalated the issue to Antonio, a sales manager, who told me the terms of my bank approval were XX% interest and $XX/month—not what I had signed. When I explained that I had the original contract file, he admitted that “mistakes happen” and this was just one of them. The most alarming part came when I asked how the dealership submitted a different contract with my signature. Antonio admitted that Shuvo had copied and transferred my electronic signature onto a new version of the contract and submitted it to the bank—WITHOUT MY CONSENT. In other words, they FORGED MY SIGNATURE. THAT IS NOT A “mistake.” THAT IS SIMPLY FRAUD. I trusted this dealership AGAIN, even after a previous bad experience. I was referred by a family member who used to work there and genuinely believed they would do right by me. Instead, Antwerpen altered my contract, forged my signature, lied to me, dismissed my concerns, and threatened me with credit damage. This experience has been not only deeply disappointing but also unethical and potentially illegal. I strongly urge others to be cautious and take their business elsewhere.

Dishonest and incompetent - walker

I had multiple problems with this dealership. I had called beforehand to inquire about the car I was purchasing and a price was agreed upon. When I got to the dealership, they kept trying to increase the price and get me to buy additional extras. They stalled, making me sit there for almost 4 hours while trying to convince me to pay more. I was lied to about several features. I specifically asked about navigation updates and was told there was no cost and it would be done automatically. After I got home and looked through the owner's manual, I found that was a lie. I was told I would have Sirius XM Radio and NissanConnect for 12 months. They both expired a few months later. I left the dealership with under a half tank of gas after being told they would fill the tank before I took possession of the car. While all of these issues may seem rather small, ultimately they totaled well over $1000 in additional expenses when combined. They were supposed to have had the state safety check done to cover the next 12 months. It expired a few months after I purchased the car. They charged me for two years of licensing and I was later told by DMV that Sheehy had given me expired plates. I had to pay a second time to get new license plates. I was lucky I didn't get pulled over during that time or I would have had to pay a fine for expired plates on top of everything else. A few months after my purchase, Sheehy sent a check for a little over $8 with no explanation. They sent it to the wrong address so I didn't get it until months later, after it could no longer be cashed. The check amounted to a SMALL fraction of what I was owed. For weeks after I purchased the car, I kept getting phone calls saying they needed me to send pictures of the mileage on the odometer because they hadn't recorded it and they needed other information on the car. I was out of state at the time so could not respond to their repeated requests for information to cover their incompetence. The messages they left were always vague and non-specific. When I finally did speak with a representative, I was 2000 miles away from the car and unable to provide the documentation they neglected to record. I absolutely would not go back to this dealership, if they were the last one on earth. I doubt i'll be buying another Nissan.

THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! They didn't listen to any of my concerns. They let me drive a car that almost killed us. Then all they could say was "we didn't do anything wrong." I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service. Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again. STAY AWAY. TRUST ME.

TERRIBLE Service / Parts Dept. (Timonium Road) - Mickey Mouse

Yesterday, I went into Nationwide Nissan Service Dept. to request a broken plastic clip part for the driver side molding on my car. Ryan looked at the car and stated that he would order two plastic clips for $10.00. Upon picking up the clips today, he ordered two weather stripping clips which I never requested BUT he said they were missing and costs another $10.00. I noticed the clips for the molding were smaller than a dime , even a chimpanzee monkey could clearly see the plastic clips are the size of a quarter. After requesting a full refund from the woman at the front desk she took the clips and disappeared into the smokey back room for 15 minutes. Upon her return, she asked another woman at the front desk to give me the $20.87 back in CASH which I had paid for the day before. They ARGUED about whether this would mess up the accounting books across the street and that she could not give me cash back for anything purchased over $20.00. REALLY?!! After being thoroughly disgusted with the LACK of QUALITY customer service, I went down the street to Kelly Body Shop who called Nationwide Nissan to see if they could get the plastic clips. They called and were told by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept., that the clips for that part could NOT be PURCHASED and that I would have to buy a NEW Chrome MOLDING piece for $220.00. I said NO, I'm not doing that. Kelly's Body Shop told me to go online and purchase the plastic clips from Clips and Fasteners .com and that they would fix the molding for FREE, NOW that's Customer Service!! Clearly, I was LIED to and misled by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept. into purchasing the clips that were NOT even available to be purchased and was forced to listen to a ridiculous argument between two employees to an absurd degree JUST to get my $20.87 cash back. UNBELIEVABLE!! I will NEVER RETURN to that disorganization and chaos EVER AGAIN!!
