Worst car buying experience. After she signed the contract and the salesperson (who was excellent) Taylor was showing her some of the basic functions of the vehicle, I noticed that the owner’s manual was missing from the glove box. We informed John Madden who made promises and that the manual was at the other location. He told me to "come in next week" to pick it up and it wasn't there. I informed him that I work in DC and made the trip there for absolutely nothing, this was after I stood there patiently waiting for him for almost 30 minutes. After promising to "call me" in which he never did. We reached out to Dave Antwerpen who was the ultimate professional and had the manual delivered to the house. In my opinion, this was by far one of the worst car buying experiences in my lifetime! More

Imani, Mr Bigggs and the rest of staff were helpful, informative and listened to my questions and understood what I was looking for. Everyone was extremely professional and made my buying experience a great experience! In the past I have walked out of dealerships when looking for a car because the salesperson or finance staff would defer to my husband who would be with me. But he wasn't buying the car. I was. During my experience with Imani and Antwerpen Security Nissan I was treated like a Queen! This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. DON;T SHOP HERE They had a contract and then said we have a better deal we just have to change few things ok like they change the price from 12995.00 to 14995.00 . t They had a contract and then said we have a better deal we just have to change few things ok like they change the price from 12995.00 to 14995.00 . then gave us a service contract for $2500.00 4 years 40.000 miles not to start at the time you buy the car no the car had 34000 miles and was 3 years old so $2500.00.= 1year service the car was still under manufactory warranty and covers more....... jack says got ya ... do not sign a contract tell them you need to reed it take it home and reed it they will push you sign wright there if they don't let you take it home and look it over then walk out jack says yes ...PS DON;T SHOP FOR A CAR HERE More
