He was extremely courteous, helpful and professional. We spent some time together; he asked me a lot of questions to understand my car needs/purchasing parameters. He showed me several cars, and we took 2 test drives. I met the finance person/manager. After discussing cars/options/price/monthly payment, etc. I settled on a 2016 Camry XLE. The exchange of info between Eric/Finance person & me was open, honest & straightforward. No silly game playing. I liked that. They gave me a deal I couldn't refuse, so I bought (leased) the car. Within 2-3 hours of walking in, I was driving home in a brand new car! It doesn't get any better than this. Assured that vehicle was there. Traveled an hour and a half, checked out vehicle, decided to purchase and then told price listed online was a mistake. The best they could do was $7k higher than price listed. There was no budging on price, just attempts to convince what a great vehicle it is that's been sitting on the lot for a month. Never trust a price listed by this dealer! More
