I will never buy another car Fromm this dealership. I went in with my daughter to buy a car. My husband is in a VA nursing home with Dementia, so this was a first experience for me by myself, as I was I went in with my daughter to buy a car. I only received $2000 off. When I asked about, the salesman, Sam said I got a good deal with my 2019 Murano trade in with 57,000 miles. We both feel we were not given a good deal. Buying experience was fine however a week later I noticed rust spots all over the car. It was clearly iron dust from transport or stored near manufacturing. They offered to resolve the issue but only if I brought the car back to them knowing it's a 4 hour round trip for me plus the wait time. I don't think that this dealership working with my local dealership to fix this issue or covering the cost of a local detailer is unreasonable. I spoke to my local dealership and they said they look for iron dust when cars come in and won't accept them from shipping with that issue. Also, on another note, I left my garage door opener in my old car, I offered to pay postage to get it back, they said they were sending, followed up each of the four times I called, yet never received it. In my opinion, they only care about the sale, not the customer. More
