Now that it has officially been released, I must get one in my gara I have been obsessing over the VW Arteron since its concept debut at the car show. Now that it has officially been released, I must get one in my garage. I was speaking with a good buddy of mine who told me I have to buy from Erick at VW in Pasadena, MD. I live in Broadlands, VA and just couldn’t see myself making that drive. Especially for a car that I can get around the corner from another dealer. I reached out to Lindsay VW in Dulles and had a HORRIBLE experience over the phone and in person. I took my friends advice and gave a call to Erick and immediately, I knew this was my guy. He asked me all the right questions and wasn’t pushy at all. He was very informative about different finance and lease options, and even sent me photos/videos of the Artertons he had on the lot. I am looking for a special color package that made me fall in love with the vehicle. He doesn’t have it on his lot, but he is able and will be locating it for me. I am 500% committed to purchasing from Erick once we can locate the color and package I want. I don’t know where they found this guy BUT he truly makes the car buying experience pleasurable. My wife’s lease is almost up on her Acura MDX in about 6 months and she WILL be getting an Atlas from Erick as well. After experiencing his customer service just briefly over the phone and he has sold to two of my friends, it would be a waste of time and money purchasing from anyone else! When in the market for a VW and in doubt – do your self-justice and call Erick! More

Don't waste your time. This dealership will charge you $1000 if you have outside financing. Extremely divisive in their selling approach. Plus, they fail to communicate various aspects of the deal unless you can "come into" the dealership and converse with them, which can be an inconvenience if you don't live near the dealership. Armando can be very smug, to the point where he fails to understand and recognize your concerns as a customer/potential buyers. They were able to receive a loan approval for my situation but I cannot stress this enough, please read the purchase order before you sign. There will be questionable items that you will need to address before going through with your transaction. None of this is handled during the back and forth between the sales specialist and the sales manager, so by the time you reach finance, you'll be tired/worn out from sitting there for hours. Do not forget to fully read the contract to avoid inflated pricing and potential buyer's remorse. The dealership was also responsible for clearing out the recall status on a new vehicle. Because of my terrible experience with this dealership, VW of North America was able to recommend another dealership and they were able to clear the recall. More

Watch for hidden fees (Daryl) I came in to look at a used Santa Fe Sport. I was told if I didn't financed the vehicle through them it would cost me a $1,000.00 extra by used car s I came in to look at a used Santa Fe Sport. I was told if I didn't financed the vehicle through them it would cost me a $1,000.00 extra by used car sales manager Armando Graham. So I agreed to finance through Antwerpen. When I went to sign the paper work for the vehicle, Mr. Graham had added the $1,000.00 anyway. Good thing I read the paper work before the conn went down. More
